Humanity EpiCenter, Boston

27.11.2014

Opening in November 2016, the EpiCenter Expansion for Artists for Humanity (AFH) will be Boston’s first building to achieve LEED Platinum certification. Designed to generate more energy than it uses, the 63,500 square foot expansion create an environment that pushes the boundaries of sustainable design while integrating the client’s educational mission. By optimizing daylighting and maximizing thermal performance, the innovative façade system will have capacity to supply energy back to the building to achieve an Energy Positive building.
