The urban development area Wilhelmsburger Rathausviertel is being created in the Hamburg district of Wilhelmsburg on a total of 32 hectares. Not only around 1600 new residential units are planned here, but also approximately 29,000 square meters of commercial space will be available in the future. Furthermore, public facilities such as sports facilities and daycare centers will be included. This gigantic project is made possible by the IBA Hamburg and its associated GmbH.
