In a prime location in the Wohlgelegen Future Park, the spectacular new Heilbronn 2.0 Innovation Factory building, planned by the architectural firm Waechter + Waechter under the auspices of Stadtsiedlung Heilbronn GmbH, will create innovative working worlds with precisely-fitting spaces and shared spaces for start-ups and innovative founders in a timber hybrid construction.

knippershelbig supported the client and the planning team with the design and detailed development of the design-defining double façade, whose geometric scaling enables ventilation of the maintenance area and constructive protection of the substructure and the supporting structure made of glulam beams.
